All jerky is made with USDA inspected beef, mixed with the spices and the cure, and dehydrated. An 8 ounce bag (approximately 25 strips) is $10. 40 ounces (a gallon Ziploc full) is $40. An 8 ounce bag of strip steak jerky is $12, 40 ounces for $45

Teriyaki Beef Jerky — ingredients: USDA ground beef, sugar, soy sauce powder (soybeans, ,salt, wheat), maltodextrin, salt, spices, monosodium glutamate, 2% or less of sesame oil, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, natural flavor, citric acid, silicon dioxiode (anti-caking) — Cure: Salt, sodium nitrate (0.62%)

Fajita Beef Jerky — ingredients: USDA ground beef, dextrose, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, paprika, monosodium glutamate, less than 2% of lemon juice powder, citric acid, caramel color, hickory smoke flavor, spice extractive, silicone dioxide, and calcium silicate (anti-caking) — Cure: Salt, sodium nitrate (0.62%)

Steak Strip Jerky — $12 for 8 ounces — this is the tougher to tear type jerky (think what you get at the gas station, except not gross) — ingredients:USDA ground beef, dextrose, sugar, salt, spices, natural hickory smoke flavor, monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed soy protein, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, less than 2% caramel color, silicon dioxide and calcium silicate (anti-caking) — Cure: Salt, sodium nitrate (0.62%)


Have game in the freezer? We will turn it into tasty jerky. Ground meat in the above beef flavors is $5 per pound, 5 pounds for $20 (this is pre-dehydrated weight). Steak Strip jerky with your game is $5 per pound, 5 pounds for $20 (again, pre-dehydrated weight). We will grind your muscle meat for $1 per pound, and vacuum seal the finished product in 1lb bags for $1 per pound.
